Animation Israel was founded in 2019 to help establish the Israeli animation industry as a sought after provider of state of the art animation services and as a vibrant creator of original brand IPs for the worldwide marketplace.

To that end, Animation Israel focuses on ​ensuring Israeli talent is competitively trained to deliver best in class animation, has access to service work opportunities from a broad international client base and is supported in original IP development, co-productions and co-ventures. ​

Animation Israel brings top level international talent to Israel to lead Master Classes and professional training equipping Israeli creators and animators with the highest level of skills.  In addition, Animation Israel provides a cohesive presence for Israel studios, broadcasters and creators at international conferences with the aim of fostering partnerships with studios, broadcasters, creators and funding agencies around the globe.

Working with other Israeli organizations, Animation Israel has been on the forefront of establishing lasting and lucrative governmental rebates and incentives in order to make foreign partnerships viable and to encourage foreign investment in the Israeli animation industry.​
